Host your birthday party or group gathering at the park!
Picnic tables at the park may be reserved for your group! Just fill out the form below
Up to 6 individual picnic tables are available for reservation, subject to their availability, at a cost of $25 per table for up to 4 hours.
• Picnic sites are reservable March through October, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, and November through February, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• The Park is open to the public from sunrise to sunset year-round.
Fees & Payment
• Rental fee is $25 per table for up to 4 hours, due at the time of reservation. We will contact you if the total number of tables you would like to reserve are not available, and either return or adjust your rental fee as appropriate to the number of tables you are able to reserve.
• Make payments to Mark West Area Community Fund, either online at markwestarea.org/donate-2 (select “One Time Table Reservation”), or by check payable to “Mark West Area Community Fund,” mailed to: 422 Larkfield Center #103, Santa Rosa, CA 95403.
• If paying by check, payment by check must accompany this reservation form and payment online must be made contemporaneously with submission of this form.
• You will receive a confirmation of the reservation and payment.
• If a reservation is cancelled fewer than 14 days before the reservation date/time, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
Please note that there are no bathrooms at the park. If you wish to bring in a porta potty for your group gathering, please let us know when sending in your reservation form. Cost of porta potty will be the responsibility of the reserving party.
Reservations are made on a first-come-first-served basis.
